― 3. How was the internship in the beginning?

Regarding the work environment and language, everything was excellent.They welcomed me with open arms, many questions about my country and they were very open to dialogue, it was difficult for me to communicate but the effort they made to understand me was notorious and I am very grateful for that.
About the work I still can not understand how I was so fortunate in doing this internship. During 1 month they made me do 2 projects from scratch with technologies that I always wanted to use. At the end of those projects, I quickly started using the knowledge acquired in the company's own projects, but the most important thing was that I never had to do a maintenance task, they want me to learn and think. I am currently enjoying doing a third project with another technology totally different from the rest and using all of the book methodologies that I always thought were a myth in the real word.

― 4. You are from Argentina where a lifestyle and culture is different from the Japanese one. How do you feel about living in Japan? Tell us something you experienced for the first time, something impressive, something amazing, including something that was troublesome for you.

Unlike Argentina I was surprised by the kindness of the people and the security that one feels while being here. You can forget something on the street and the next day you will still be in the same place. Another thing that surprised me is how well trains work, you travel very fast.
It cost me a bit to buy things that I want, at first I did not know what to buy and bought things that I did not want, it was really funny but eventually I got used to it.

― 5. What were you responsible for in your internship?

I was responsible to develop applications from 0, debating which technologies and architectures we would use in the projects. Among the technologies used were Angular, React and Typescript. I really liked having the possibility to make applications in the right way and not in the fast way, since there was no pressure with the times.

― 6. What did you actually learn from your internship experience?

I learned about Japanese culture, the way of thinking and acting, also learned how to program applications in the right way.

― 7. What are the difficulties or problems with your intern?

At first, communication was very difficult to overcome. But, with the passage of time, fortunately we were able to communicate in a more fluid way. I still have to learn a lot, but I think I have made a lot of progress regarding what it was like when I came here 5 months ago.
